Brand Nav pricing is deliberately simple. Three plans. One flat annual price on each. Everything included. No setup fees, no hidden hosting bills, no per-edit charges, no annual price hikes, and no penalty for cancelling. You pay $399, $499, or $599 a year based on how many pages your business needs — and that number is the total number, not the starting number.
Starter — $399 per year, four-page site
The Starter plan is built for solo operators and single-service businesses that need a professional online presence without the bloat. Four pages — typically Home, Services, About, and Contact — designed and developed to a custom brief, hosted on an enterprise edge network, secured with SSL, wired to a domain-connected business email inbox, and optimised for local search from day one. Everything a plumber, electrician, small clinic, tutor, consultant, or trades operator needs to look credible on Google and convert phone traffic into paid work.
Starter includes on-page SEO, LocalBusiness structured data, click-to-call and click-to-map wiring on mobile, a lead capture contact form with email delivery, Google Analytics setup, Google Search Console verification, a basic Google Business Profile audit, and unlimited minor content edits for as long as you stay on the plan. Turnaround is two to four working days for most Starter builds. If you outgrow four pages later — say you add a second service or a second location — you can upgrade to Pro at any time with no penalty.
Pro — $499 per year, five to ten pages
Pro is the plan most GTA businesses land on. Five to ten pages gives you room for individual service pages (which rank dramatically better than a single lumped Services page), a couple of location pages if you cover multiple neighbourhoods, an About page, a Contact page, and one or two long-form pieces of pillar content that the rest of your site can link to.
Everything in the Starter plan is included, plus enhanced local SEO with per-service and per-location schema, priority indexing support, a testimonials module, an integrated FAQ block with FAQPage structured data (for rich results in search), and up to three custom lead-capture forms — for example, one for quotes, one for bookings, and one for careers or contractor sign-ups. Pro clients also get priority turnaround, typically three to five working days end-to-end, and a dedicated project channel for content requests.
Multi-location businesses — a clinic with three branches, a home service company covering four cities, a restaurant group with two rooms — see the biggest lift on Pro because they finally get one page per location instead of trying to rank a single page for four different city queries. That single change is often worth more than any amount of paid advertising.
Expert — $599 per year, unlimited pages
Expert is designed for scaling businesses, ecommerce operators, and content-driven brands. Unlimited pages means unlimited service pages, unlimited location pages, a full blog with post-level SEO metadata, and room to build out the kind of large topical authority site that ranks for hundreds of long-tail queries. If you have ambitions to compete with the entrenched agencies for search share, this is the tier that supports it.
Expert includes everything in Pro, plus a full blog module with post templates, Article structured data on every post, BreadcrumbList schema, an author archive, an RSS feed, sitemap partitioning for large sites, priority Core Web Vitals monitoring, WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility auditing, and CRO (conversion rate optimisation) recommendations quarterly. Ecommerce operators can host a lightweight storefront on Expert — up to a couple hundred SKUs — with Product schema, integrated checkout, and a mobile-first product grid. For catalogues over a few hundred SKUs we typically recommend a dedicated commerce integration, which we scope separately.
What's actually included in every plan
Every Brand Nav plan — Starter, Pro, or Expert — bundles the following as standard. These are not upsells. They are the base product.
Custom design — no templates, no theme swaps. A real design brief, real typography choices, real photography direction, tuned to your industry and audience.
Hand-built development — semantic HTML, minimal JavaScript, deferred loading, and Core Web Vitals in the green from the first deploy. No page-builder bloat.
Edge hosting with 99.9% uptime — served from a global CDN so the site loads in under two seconds anywhere in Canada.
SSL certificate — auto-renewed, always on, no separate bill.
Business email on your domain — a professional inbox at you@yourbusiness.ca, included, no add-on.
On-page and local SEO — meta tags, LocalBusiness schema, canonical URLs, XML sitemap, robots.txt, Google Search Console verification, and Google Business Profile audit.
Analytics setup — Google Analytics 4 wired in, conversion events configured for phone calls, form submissions, and outbound clicks.
Unlimited minor content edits — email us a change and it's live the same working day. Copy updates, phone number changes, hero image swaps, seasonal banners, price list revisions, new testimonials, new team members. If it's a text or image change on an existing page, it's included.
What is not included
Transparency matters. Here's what our flat annual pricing does not cover, so there are no surprises. Major redesigns (a fresh visual identity or a complete page-count expansion) are scoped separately at cost. Bespoke web application development — custom booking systems, member portals, complex integrations — is quoted per project. Google Ads and Meta Ads management, if you want a paid media retainer on top of organic SEO, is a separate service. Print advertising, video production, and large-scale photography shoots are not part of the standard plan.
Domain registration is at cost — we pass through whatever your registrar charges, typically $15 to $25 a year for a .com or .ca. If you already own your domain, we simply point it at our hosting; no charge.
How Brand Nav pricing compares
A traditional Toronto web design agency will typically quote $8,000 to $25,000 for a comparable custom five-to-ten-page site, then bill $150 to $250 a month for hosting, maintenance, and small content edits. Over a three-year window that is anywhere from $13,400 to $34,000 for a site that is functionally identical to what Brand Nav delivers for $1,497.
On the freelance end, marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr can produce a five-page site for $1,500 to $4,000 up front. The catch is what happens next. Ongoing edits are billed hourly at $50 to $120 per change, hosting is your problem to arrange, SSL is a separate line item, on-page SEO is usually skipped entirely, and the freelancer often has no incentive to be available six months later when something breaks. The all-in three-year cost frequently exceeds our Expert plan without ever matching the technical quality.
Brand Nav's flat annual pricing is designed to make the calculation obvious. There is a single line on your books labelled "website" and it says $399, $499, or $599 a year. That is the entire cost of your web presence.
Pricing FAQ
Do I pay monthly or annually? Annually, up front. The annual model is what allows us to include hosting, SSL, email, and unlimited edits without gaming a monthly subscription.
What happens if I cancel? Nothing punitive. You keep your domain. We hand off a static export of the site or, on request, the source files. There is no cancellation fee.
Do prices increase at renewal? No. You lock in your rate for as long as you stay on the plan. If we raise prices for new customers, existing customers stay at the rate they signed up for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later? Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal.
Do you offer refunds? If we can't deliver a site you approve of in the first 14 days, we refund in full. After that, plans are non-refundable but cancellable any time.
Do you take on non-GTA clients? Yes. We are Toronto-based and optimise for GTA local search by default, but we build for clients anywhere in Canada and the United States. The pricing is the same.
